ENTREE CHOICES:
Available in servings of 4, no mix and match.

♦ Half-Roasted Duck à l’Orange with a house made satsuma grand marnier glaze, served with satsuma chutney

♦ Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef (roughly 12oz per person), served with horseradish crème fraîche and a port wine rosemary au jus

♦ Cedar Plank Roasted Pumpkin Seed Encrusted Steelhead (roughly 7 oz per person), served with a satsuma ginger chutney

♦ Butternut Squash & Paneer Malai Kofta, East Indian inspired butternut squash and paneer cheese dumpling cooked in a rich and creamy coconut milk and tomato curry.  Served with cumin tumeric scented basmati rice, green beans, house salad with balsamic vinaigrette and naan bread, plus dessert (see choices below)
